This old horse/animal barn was torn down and converted into a one-bed, one-bath ADU. Starting in October we demolished the existing building, brought in the utilities, re-poured the slab, and started the construction of the new structure. By January the project was completed, furnished, and livable by the 19th. Ceramic tile floors, a curb-less shower, high, vaulted ceilings, and a beautiful quartzite countertop make this the perfect starter home, guest house, or Air BnB.
